2010 has arrived and so has summer, with a vengeance. It is  scorching, extreme and humid. Summer time if fun time and for many, it is party time. What is a get-down without some adult beverages, a BBQ and costume party thrown in for good measure. For those who cannot hold your fire for Halloween to roll around it is time to search for the best holiday outfits for the summer costume party.
